Details:

Hotohms™ PTC heaters with insulation films is made up of electrode plate; several ptc thermistors and  wrapped with insulating films.
Characteristics: 
-Safety, heating fast and  self-regulating function in correlation with ambient temperature and application condition.
-Working Voltage: 12V~240V
-Surface temp.:60 ℃~290 ℃ ( tolerance bellow ±5℃)
-Insulating Voltage:3750V/1sec
- PTC stones  Hi -Pot voltage are all 100% testing,  broken votlage110V  400V/min，broken votlage 220V 550V/min；
Applications: hair dressing; hair curlers; coffee makers; facial steamers; massage machines  and so on.
